Reloot is an app that turns what you no longer use into cash. Point your camera at any object: the AI recognizes it, estimates its real resale value with a strategy (sell fast, recommended or max), writes the listing and a negotiation script, and you sell it inside Reloot's own marketplace.

The AI gives a real resale range based on the photo — it's an estimate, always shown as orientative. When real market comparables are available for the item, the range is refined with actual listing data. We never quote a fixed price without a photo.

Yes, a free account (just your email and a 6-digit code — no password). It keeps your appraisals, protects the service from abuse and lets you list and track everything you scan.

Almost any physical used item: phones, consoles, electronics, appliances, furniture, bikes, tools, instruments, watches, collectibles and more. If the AI isn't confident, it tells you honestly.

Scan the item, review the appraisal, and tap to publish it to Reloot Market in one step. You can also publish any past appraisal from your history. Reloot writes the listing title and description for you.

Reloot only earns when you sell, through a marketplace commission: 8% on Free, 5% on Pro and 3% on Reseller. Appraising, listing and sharing are free.

When a buyer makes an offer or messages you, Reloot's AI can write a ready-to-send reply based on your floor price and the tone you choose (firm, flexible or close the deal). It's part of “Reloot sells it for you.” The negotiation assistant is a Pro feature.

Reloot flags listings that have been up for a while without selling and suggests lowering the price (which also notifies people following the item). A small markdown often unlocks the sale.

Browse the catalog, open an item and buy it, or make an offer. You can save a search and Reloot notifies you the moment something matching gets listed.

Yes. On most listings you can send an offer below the asking price; the seller can accept, reject or counter. It's the natural way to close a used-item deal.

Sellers build a reputation from their sales and ratings, shown on their profile. Reloot also surfaces trust and authenticity signals to help you decide — always as signals, never as a verdict.

Reloot Market is designed so selling is safe. Payments are processed by an established payment provider — Reloot doesn't store your card. Our goal is that the buyer's money is only released once they confirm they received the item; we're building out that payment-protection layer. Marketplace payments are currently in beta and we say so clearly on every transaction.

Through an external payment provider. Reloot never stores card details. Prices are shown in your local currency; the canonical base currency is USD.

Because payments are in beta, we're transparent about it at every step and recommend in-person delivery where possible. The payment-protection (escrow) layer that holds the buyer's money until delivery is confirmed is being rolled out. If something goes wrong, contact us at hola@reloot.app.
