Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

• By accessing or using Reloot you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• If you use Reloot on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

• You sign in with passwordless access via a one-time code sent by email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for the activity that happens in your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe involve fraud or abuse.

3. AI appraisal

• Reloot uses artificial intelligence to estimate the resale value of your items from the photos and data you provide. These estimates are informational only and do not guarantee a sale price or that any item will sell.
• Actual value depends on the market, condition, demand and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for the final price you set.

4. Reloot Market

• Reloot Market is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Reloot acts as an intermediary; it is not the owner of the goods listed and is not a party to the sale contract between users.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of their items and the delivery of what they sell. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchasing.

5. Escrow and payments (Reloot Payments)

• Payments on Reloot Market are processed through Reloot Payments and may be held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery, at which point funds are released to the seller's wallet.
• Withdrawals, refunds and dispute handling follow the processes shown in the app. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms.

6. Fees per plan

• Reloot charges a commission on each completed sale, based on your plan: Free 8%, Pro 5% and Reseller 3%. The applicable fee is shown before you list and at checkout.
• Subscription prices and fees may change; we will give notice of material changes.

7. Prohibited items and conduct

• You may not list or sell illegal goods, counterfeits, weapons, drugs, stolen property, hazardous materials, live animals, or any item whose sale is restricted by law.
• You may not use Reloot for fraud, money laundering, harassment, spam, or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Reseller) are offered as subscriptions billed through Google Play. Billing, renewals and cancellations are managed by Google Play under its terms.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it through Google Play. Access to paid features ends when the subscription lapses.

9. User conduct

• You agree to use Reloot lawfully and respectfully, to not interfere with the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, and to follow the rules shown in the app.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

Reloot, its brand, software and content are owned by Reloot and protected by law. You retain the rights to the content you upload, and you grant Reloot a license to host, display and use it to operate the service (for example, showing your listings to buyers).

11. Limitation of liability

• Reloot is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Reloot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for transactions between users, lost profits, or the accuracy of AI appraisals.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reloot harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your listings or sales, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of Reloot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Reloot operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
